Have you achieved other goals when it comes to the sport of CrossFit.
Setting PR’s (personal records) and improving at gymnastics has been a long road but a fun one.
Within the first year of my starting CrossFit, I took my 5k time from 34 minutes to 23:03.

I also have a personal record of a 315-pound clean jerk, a 525-pound deadlift and I broke a sub 3:30 in one of CrossFit’s most challenging workouts, known as Fran.
But I saw the changes that others were making and I wanted similar results.
I’ve honestly never seen someone commit to training hard and consistent nutrition and not get results so I stayed the course.

I didn’t know how sick I was or what lied ahead living day in and day out with type 1 diabetes.
I credit that all to my parents and am so grateful.
